What to Expect on Your Tour

All our road tours begin with an early morning pickup from your hotel or Nile cruise in Aswan. You'll travel south through the desert, arriving at Abu Simbel in the morning. Your guide will lead you through both temples, explaining the history, the meaning of the hieroglyphs, and the incredible story of the temples' relocation.

You will have free time to explore and take photos before meeting back at the vehicle for the return journey to Aswan, arriving back in the early afternoon. It's a long but rewarding day trip that is a must-do for any visitor to Southern Egypt.
